Being an Online ESL teacher myself, I have struggled with a million things when I started of as a teacher. I had always wanted to be a teacher since I was a kid and being given the chance was a huge deal for me to be one of the best. Coming from a BPO, it was very different stepping into the teaching business. If something like this were created before I might have done a lot better in the past.
Most online ESL centers require their teachers to make comments about classes and the progress of the students, This blog will provide a template on Pronunciation, Grammar, Intonation and Comprehension. Though these may not be specific, the teacher may use parts of the paragraphs and edit them to fit the situation in their classes. This will not only make the teacher work faster as it will also help in giving other options on what they can write about.
Online ESL Teacher's help will also be providing tips on how to conduct classes may it be with problematic and rowdy students or just making it a bit more fun in learning the Language.
With that I wish you all happy teaching and hope you enjoy articles I will be posting. Cheers!
-Teacher Greg
