Student attitude & profile in class for Beginners

Hi all followers and readers! Here are more things you can use in creating comments. For EDUBOXERS You may use these for the student profile area as it tells about the students behavior and progress in class.
 
NOTE: As said before, these are templates not the actual comment. Please READ them before using. Edit them when necessary.
   

  
English skill level
 
(Level 1-beginner low)    
  •  S/He can only state few memorized words or greetings. Communication is extremely limited.    
  •  S/He often responds with silence or by using his/her native language    
  •  The pronunciation of the student is completely influenced by his/her first language.    
  •  The statements and questions need to be repeated and recorded by the teacher    
  •  S/He needs enhance his/her little knowledge of the proper forms of English    
  •  The student possesses little knowledge of English grammar     
  •  The learner gives a different response because she/he can hardly understand questions asked to him/her.    
  •  The learner needs to learn basic intonation     
  •  The learner pronunciation is at its raw state and speaks only in simple words or fragmented sentences    
  •  S/he can hardly or even almost not comprehend simple words or phrases unless repeated slowly by teacher.    
  •  The learner has problems differentiating between P and F sounds    
  •  The learner has problems differentiating between B and V sounds    
  •  The learner has problems differentiating between D and T sounds    
  •  The learner needs to learn the formation and production of the vowel sounds 
 
(Level 2-Beginner)    
  •  She has a limited functional ability and can give simple information with difficulty.    
  •  S/he can only use individual words or leaned phrases in familiar situations.    
  •  The first language strongly influences his/her pronunciation.    
  •  S/he can understand simple information in familiar situations with difficulty.    
  •  S/he needs much repetition, rewording and slowed speech pace in order to have a limited understanding.    
  •  S/he has gained considerable knowledge and developed basic skills in using English.     
  •  The student sentence structure is mostly of the broken structure that follows the student’s native language construction.    
  •  The most important to consider with regard to this student is his/her pronunciation    
  •  The learner is able to comprehend and answer basic questions like     
  •  The learner has problems producing F, R and final S sounds    
  •  The student has difficulty of grasping words using blended sounds 
 
(Level 3-beginner high)    
  •  S/he can give simple information using individual words or learned phrases in familiar and immediate situations.    
  •  S/he has basic vocabulary.    
  •  S/he omits many function words and makes errors.    
  •  S/he has a limited communication or input to our conversation.    
  •  S/he can understand simple questions and information.    
  •  S/he can understand the main idea of the topic.    
  •  S/he still needs slower pace speech, repetition, and rephrasing to avoid misunderstanding.    
  •  S/he has developed basic skills in simple English communication and is able to communicate using simple sentence structure.     
  •  The student can make proper introduction and greetings using simple sentences    
  •  Although when the student is left alone has difficulty s/he is able to follow the teacher’s pronunciation of words.     
  •  The learner native intonation is still present and s/he’s not aware of it    
  •  The learner is beginning to learn to recognize simple and familiar thought groups or phrases but has difficulty-recognizing medium to difficult.
